Code of Conduct ESNNA

Against Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents in Tourism

In compliance with Law No. 28251 and the national policy established by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR), Rainbow Expeditions strongly rejects and condemns the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNNA) in all its forms, especially those related to tourism and travel.

This form of violence constitutes a serious violation of the fundamental rights of minors and contradicts the essential values of tourism activity in our country. We are committed to promoting safe, responsible, and respectful tourism.

Law No. 29403

General Tourism Law and its regulations approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2010-MINCETUR

Law No. 30963

Modifies the Penal Code to increase penalties for sexual exploitation crimes, especially when they affect minors and women

Law No. 30802

Establishes measures for the safe entry of children and adolescents into lodging establishments

Law No. 28251

Law against abuse and sexual exploitation that incorporates the crimes of user-client and sexual exploitation in the field of tourism

No Promotion

We refrain from offering, explicitly or implicitly, programs involving the sexual exploitation of minors in tourism promotions.

Entry Control

We do not admit minors under 18 years of age unaccompanied by their parents, guardian, or duly accredited responsible person, according to Law No. 30802.

Immediate Reporting

We report any suspicious act or situation related to ESNNA to the competent authorities.

Continuous Training

We train all our staff and collaborators on the prevention of commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents.

We post this Code of Conduct in a visible place for employees and tourists.

Commitment with Suppliers

We require our suppliers to adopt similar policies against the sexual exploitation of minors.
